We have had a great success rate with untracked packages to both the U.S and Canada, we use letter mail as a way to keep our shipping costs
as low as possible. We understand the is a possibility that a package may get lost in the mail and if that does happen please contact us and we
will make it right! The option to upgrade shipping to tracked packages is available on everything we sell!

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
